Magazine binding
I didn’t finish in time to take photos of the magazine today. I was maybe an hour too late. Oh well. I have to do it tomorrow. At least I got to try out the binding part today. This was my first time ever binding a magazine. I’m quite pleased. But I have to print it in a print shop till next time. Cause the photos didn’t turn out the way I wanted with my printer. Photos from the Binding today:

When I posted the previous post this is what I was doing. Binding the magazine with thread.

Close-up.

Too late. I didn’t finish the magazine in time. I have to take photos of it tomorrow instead.

The finished magazine. I’ll show it to you tomorrow when I’ve taken the photos:)

It looks lovely! You’ve done a great job. My friend used to sew booklets like this with thread, by hand, it looked so time consuming!
Also I didn’t know you moved here (Australia) to study, that’s pretty cool.
Not many people I meet online are from or have been to Australia

Hi! Your magazine looks so awesome! I was wondering, how did you do the binding with thread? Like..what does it require and how do you make the binding look neat at the end? Did you print all the pages and then used a white paper to bind them? And how did you do the cover with the binding afterwards?? Hope you can answer or let me know how you binded your magazine, because I’m working on a similar project and would love to know how to do it!! Thanks a lot !!

Hi Melody. I’ve sent you an email on how to do it. It’s really hard to explain, but I’ve tried.
Good luck:)
