You won’t believe what Morten gave me for my 25th birthday. I can’t believe it myself! I have never had an Iphone. Best boyfriend ever!:)

PS. I know most of my pages aren’t working. I took a quick look at it, but couldn’t figure it out. I will take a closer look when I have time. Something must have happened when I uploaded the new theme.

eek. I’m getting old:P

I don’t have a lot of plans today (or money to do stuff). First I have to work at H&M, then straight after it’s off to a bar with some people from work to have a couple of beers. Morten is gonna join as well. Then around 6-7 pm we’ll go back home where dad’s bought sushi and wine:)

So, nothing big, even though I’m half way to 50.

New – one column layout

Soooo, I just made a new layout. I always like when blogs have big photos in their posts, therefore I decided to just remove the sidebar and make the whole width of the blog 800 pixels. I played around with content in boxes to get a more fun look. I might change some bits and pieces later. Right now I have to get to work. I just wanted to put up the new layout first. Do you like it? Or is there something I should have done differently?

I’ve been featured in Gallery with my beer packaging, Mercator. I was asked through my Behance profile in the end of October and just a few weeks ago I received the magazine. Super exciting to see your work in a world wide magazine. Mercator was also gonna be featured in Wallpaper*, but it didn’t get there in time, though I got featured on their website. So that’s kinda cool.

You know I was headhunted a while back?
After over a months process, with interviews, I didn’t get the job. They told me I was one of the favorites and among the final four candidates, but they went with someone else. I got the news on Friday, which ruined my weekend. I’ve been down since then and haven’t had the motivation to apply for any other jobs. Though yesterday I finally pulled myself together and sent some applications around.

I actually have a new interview next Tuesday and another place that might be interested in me, I just have to call them tomorrow to set a date. So this is good news! I’m finally excited again and I’m starting to see a way out of H&M. Don’t get me wrong. I love working there, it’s just that I love graphic design more and I’m afraid to get stuck there.

I’ll update you more, when things get sorted out. Cross your fingers for me:)

Of course I’ll be working late today at H&M, and won’t be home until 9:15 pm, which sucks. But Morten is gonna have dinner ready and he bought me something. I’m super excited!

Back at H&M, back at justframeless?

Hi! Long time no see? Time flies. We’re suddenly at the end of January and I haven’t blogged since new years eve. It feel like yesterday (for me). Since we last talked two things has happened.

1. I started working at H&M again, January 3rd and been working there everyday since.
2. I’ve been head hunted by a graphic design studio in Oslo. I will tell you more about that as soon as I know more;)

Being back at H&M is okay. I like it, but it sorta feels like I never left and from time to time I’m tired of it. I’m back in Karl Johan, the place I worked at before I left for Melbourne, but I’m in a different department. I like my new department, it’s much better actually and there’s no checkout there, which I love. I hate standing there. I like it when I can run around, hang out clothes and clean the stands.

Morten and I moved into my dads house the 1st of January. We have no money and we probably have to stay here for a while. I won’t get my fist paycheck until February 20. I feel trapped. There’s so much stuff I want to buy and so much stuff I actually need (like mascara, day cream, new toothbrush etc.), but I don’t have the money to buy it. I got a loan that I have to pay back by the end of April, so there’s no way I can buy the stuff I need. God, I hate this!

On the positive side, Morten got a graphic design job and he’s doing great. I’m so happy for him!:)

Hi guys. So hard to keep you updated while I’m up here in Trysil. The days fly by so quickly and the internet here is horrible. Anyway, today we started the day snowboarding. We met up with Kristian (one of the guys we lived with in Melbourne) and Johnas (Morten’s friend). Not the best weather today, so here’s some photos from a couple of days ago when we had an amazing day in the mountain.

We’re kinda broke, so I’m not sure how we’re gonna celebrate the new year. We’ve been invited to the cabin Kristian is staying at so we’re going there and will just have to wait and see how the night progress.

Merry Christmas everyone!

I’m in Trysil, Mortens hometown, with my father. We’re gonna celebrate Christmas with him and his family. It’s so nice here and sooo much snow. Tomorrow we’re gonna test our new snowboards. Can’t wait:)
