Ever wondered how a picture appears in a box and the background turns darker? It is called lightbox. It is pretty simple to intall.

Step 1: First you have to download this plugin.

Step 2: Unzip the folder and uoload it to your website by using FTP, you have to upload it to your plugin folder, wordpress >> wp-content >> plugins.

Step 3: Now you have to log on to your Wordpress dashboard. Click on plugins.

Step 4: Find the lightbox plugin and click activate on the button right next to it.


Step 5: Now all you have to do is add rel="lightbox" to your imagelinks and you have lightbox:)
