Wind Effect

A wind effect is when the picture looks like the wind is blowing it out. It looks cool and is not hard to do. Just follow the instructions under.

Step 1: Open the picture you want to use in Paint Shop Pro. Here's my picture:


Step 2: Click Layers >> Dublicate, to dublicate the base of your image.

Step 2: Then go to Effects >> Distortion Effects >> Wind.

Step 3: A new window will appear and here you have to set the wind strength to 100.

Step 4: Now you have to go to Layers >> Properties, set the layer to hard light. Here's how your layer palett should look like afterwards:


Step 5: Add whatever you'd like and you're done! Here's my picture:
