Transparent Picture

Have you ever been a little irritated about the background color which always appears on the layouts you make. I know I've been! I have finally found out a way to get the background transparent in paint shop pro. Just follow the instructions under.
Step 1: The first thing you obviously have to do is make a layout/picture. The best thing is to let the background be transparent. here's mine:


Step 2: It's first when you're gonna save the picture that you have to change some settings to get it transparent. So click File >> Save as.

Step 3: Write the name of your picture and select PNG . Before you click save, click Options. (it is very important that you've chosen PNG before you click options)

Step 4: A new window will appear, click Run Optimizer.

Step 5: Now you have to click on the transparency tab. Then select Existing image or layer transparency.


Step 6: Click ok, save your image and you're done. Here's my result:
