Torn Paper Effect

This torn paper effect is something I've started to use more and more. You've probably seen it on other websites as well. It gives the layout a really cool effect in the edges of the layout.
Step 1: Start by making a layout/blend of somekind. Here's my unfinished layout (click to enlarge):


Step 2: Canvas the size of the layout (go to this site here to learn how) or make a new dokument much bigger than your layout and paste the layout/blend on to it, so you get some space to work on.


Step 3: Now go to this site here to find some brushes called Torn Paper. Install them to your paint shop pro. Here's a tutorial on how to install them.

Step 4: When they are installed select the Eraser tool, which looks like this: . Then select one of the new brushes you've installed. Start clicking on the edges of the layout and see how it looks. Here's my result:


Step 5: Now you can add a background, some brushes, text etc. to make the layout look nice. Here's my finished layout (click to enlarge):
