Threshold

Threshold is when you change the colors on a picture from colored to only black and white. Looks great on some pictures/layouts.

Step 1: Start by opening/making a layout in Paint Shop Pro. Here's the picture I will use:


Step 2: Then click on Adjust >> Brightness and Contrast >> Threshold.

Step 3: Now a new window will appear, here you can see a preview of the picture with threshold effect. Choose Threshold: 135.

Step 4: Click OK and you're done. Here's how my picture turned out:
