Wouldn't it be cool if you could make your own emotion/smileys for your msn or something else? Now you can, just follow this tutorials:)

Step 1: Start by opening your Paint Shop Pro and then open a new dokument, which is 17x17.

Step 2: Zoom far in on the dokument!

Step 3: Now choose the paint brush tool, which looks like this: . Change the settings so you have the smallest size on the brush, then make a smily like mine:


Step 4: Choose a color you want to have on the smiley and use the flood fill tool, which looks like this: .


Step 5: Then save the picture as a PNG, but make it transparent before you save it! (if you don't know how to do it, check out this tutorial here.) Here's my finished smiley:
