Painted Picture

This is a really easy tutorial, and it looks very cool. Just follow three simple steps and you will know how to do it.

Step 1: Start by opening a picture in Paint Shop Pro. Then dublicate the base. You can do this by clicking Layers >> Dublicate. Here's my picture:


Step 2: Go to Adjust >> Blur >> Gaussian blur, set the blur to 3.00.

Step 3: Now set the blured layer to Darken. Here's the result:
