Overlayed text is a kind of text effect which may look really cool on some layouts:)

Step 1: Start by opening your picture/layout in Paint Shop Pro. Here's mine:


Step 2: Then use the text tool, which looks like this: , and write whatever you want in white.

Step 3: Now go to layer >> properties and set the blend mode on the textlayer to Overlay. Then you should be finished. Here's my result:
