This is another verson of the circled edged layout. It looks really cool and is very easy to do.

Step 1: To start with, find a picture you like and open it in Paint Shop Pro. Here's my picture:


Step 2: Click on the Selection tool, which looks like this: . Then change the settings on the top tool line, make the feater about 20% and change the rectangle to a circle, so it looks like this:


Step 3: Now use the tool to make a circle around the part of the picture you like, start from the center and drag it out as far as you like.

Step 4: Now press Ctrl + C to copy the marked aera, then press Ctrl + V and the picture will appear in a new dokument with a transparent background.

Step 5: Then save the picture and upload it, here's how my picture turned out:
