Extended Background with Shadow

You guys have asked me so much on how I make those backgrounds I'm using. So I've finally managed to make a tutorial on it. I think you can also make them in regular Paint, but I've made mine in Paint Shop Pro.
Step 1: To start with open a new dokument about this size: 2000x100

Step 2: Fill it with a color you like. I have chosen to fill it with this color #ff8f8f.

Step 3: Then use the rectangle tool, which looks like this: , choose a color you like and drag it out so it fills some parts of the layer. Here's how it should look:


Step 4: Use the selection tool, which looks like this: , and mark all around the white rectangle. Then click once on the rectangle so the marking closes up on the rectangle.

Step 5: Now, go to Effects >> 3D Effects >> Drop Shadow.

Step 6: Add a Shadow to the Rectangle like mine:


Step 7: Then you have to use the crop tool, which looks like this: . Crop the background like this:


Step 8: When you're done with the background, upload it to your website and paste the URL inside the code under:
