Angel Effect

With this effect your photos will get a more angel looking touch. It looks great on some photos. Just try.

Step 1: Open the picture you want to use in Paint Shop Pro. Here's the one I will use:


Step 2: Then go to Adjust >> Softness >> Soft Focus.

Step 3: Match your setting to mine (it should say 50%):


Step 4: Click Adjust >> Sharpness >> Sharpen. Now you're done. Here's how my picture turned out:
