Picture Stretch

Picture stretch is really cool! You can use when you're making blogs, layouts etc.
Step 1: Start by opening a picture in MS Paint. Here's the picture I will use:
Step 2: Use the Rectangle selection tool, which looks like this:
. Select the part at the bottom of your picture.
Step 3: Click on the little square in the middle of the selected part. Drag it down as far as you want. Mine turned out kind of funny! haha!:)
