Freewebs is a very good, free website host. The only problem is that you have to have som HTML experience. You see, if you want to use freewebs it is HTML based and this will be very hard for beginners.
Anyways, here's a tutorial on how to create an account in freewebs.

Step 1: Go to this site: Freewebs. And click on this button:


Step 2: Now you will have to fill out some steps to get the account. When you come to step two 'Choose Design', don't choose a design! Click on this button instead:


Step 3: Then fill out the last part and click on the 'Done'-button:


Step 4: Now you're done and you can start editing your website. You can do this by clicking on the Site manager, under:
