Under you'll see two different HTML codes, the first one will make the cursor stay like you want all over your page, and the other ones appears when you hover a link on the page you have the code on.

On the whole site:
<style type="text/css"> BODY {cursor:CURSORHERE;} </style>

Only on link hover:
<style type="text/css">a:hover{cursor:CURSORHERE}</style>

Here are the different cursor types you can use. Just paste the name of the cursor you want in one og the codes over, where it says CURSORHERE.
