my mind is somewhere else
School started again three weeks ago. It was so weird starting after the Christmas break. My mind is still in a vacation mode. I should have started making a logo ages ago. I’m so far behind the others and the logo has to be finished next Tuesday. On top of this we have started with web design. Don’t get me wrong, I am thrilled! It’s just that there are so much going on right now and I really want my web design to be perfect.
The logo I am making is for an actual client, Bikram Yoga Oslo. If you haven’t heard already heard of Bikram Yoga, I can tell you that it’s yoga done in a room heated to 40 degrees. In other words: hot yoga!
If the client choose my logo I will actually receive a payment. I don’t think she’ll choose me though. Of course, I hope, but there are so many good logos in my class.
The website I have to design is also for Bikram Yoga. We have to use wireframes and other stuff I haven’t heard of before. I think I’ve made about four websites (we only have to make one), I never get satisfied. For you who visit my site often, you already know this. I always set the bar to high for myself.
Anyway, here is my unfinished website, if you want to see how it looks at the moment. I have just had a presentation, even though it’s not done. The teacher liked it:) I just have to work a little bit more on it, to get it finished.
We are not going to learn how to code the website until next year. This year we are just learning how to make one in Photoshop. I really hoped we would learn to code it, since I’ve learn everything myself, I think it would be so cool to learn it the proper way. lol:)
The logo in the corner is what I’ve come up with so far. I’m not happy with it at all. I’ve got to Tuesday to make it better though. If you got any feedback for me I would be really happy:)

ok im gonna be super sincere. i love the idea & the simple yet sleek design of the site. i love the design, the logo is a bit “still not there” though. love the idea of the Y progressing. SUPER COOL! the font & letters bother me. & maybe that u cant tell at first look where the woman’s face it. but besides that, super amazing!

i dont think you should change the logo! it looks great
i think you should maybe make the four links at the bottom in a white container with an opacity of around 40-60?
i think that would help it stand out more!

Just think of it this way…
All your work that you have done on vejc and on here has been sooo amazing, thats obviously by the amount of hits and fans you have.
Give yourself a bit more credit.
I think everyone who knows of you or has visited your site would agree that your skills are pretty obvious and that your amazingly talented.
You teacher liked the design too so no worries =)
